FAIR Project (Flood:Aware, Informed, Resilient) (Staffordshire & Black Country)
FAIR Project (Flood: Aware, Informed, Resilient) is a community-centred programme designed to build long-term flood resilience through improved awareness, preparedness, and local capacity. The project works with local residents to develop flood plans, establish resilience hubs, and improve access to warnings and information. It also includes demonstration projects such as sustainable drainage features and flood-resilient community buildings, showing how physical measures can complement social preparedness.
